Regional Director- Mid South (Retail)

Location: Remote, TN 37211, United States; ability to travel 50% of the time is required.

What you will do

• Lead a regional team of district managers, building engagement, accountability, capability, and future talent pipelines.
• Coach district managers and store leaders through problem-solving, decision-making, change adoption, and performance improvement.
• Visit stores regularly to evaluate performance and work environments, provide feedback, and recognize strong results.
• Drive regional sales, profitability, customer experience, expense control, asset protection, and budget attainment through data-driven decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, real estate, construction, and other corporate teams to solve problems and improve store performance.
• Execute corporate business plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of retail experience, including 5+ years of multi-store management experience.
• Experience in retail operations and successfully executing corporate business plans.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop staff across multiple locations with limited supervision.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office applications; ability to travel 50% of the time.
