Plant President (Manufacturing)

Salary: USD 142,500–227,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead plant operations to improve sales pipeline, safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Own P&L performance for assigned locations and prepare and manage capital and operational budgets.
• Lead employee development, education, training, succession planning, and performance improvement.
• Guide department managers and coordinate sales and operations teams to improve plant performance.
• Monitor manufacturing activities, identify operational problems, and drive corrective actions affecting schedules, costs, materials, quality, safety, service, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEO, and other applicable regulatory requirements while reporting plant results to corporate leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial management, engineering, graphic arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of diversified management experience in the printing or a similar manufacturing industry, including success leading operations teams.
• Ability to lead diverse sales and operations teams and influence organizational change.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean practices is highly preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams is highly desired.
