Program Manager 2 - Finance Data Analytics, Insights & AI

Location: Hybrid; requires working in the downtown Seattle, Washington office 4 days per week

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual

hirify.global is a retail company whose Finance organization is developing data analytics, insights, AI, and automation capabilities.

What you will do

• Manage programs and workstreams from intake through delivery, including Looker migration and finance AI and automation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of AI agents, skills, and connectors across Finance and share best practices with analyst teams.
• Identify opportunities to remove manual work and partner with analysts and engineers to scope, pilot, and roll out solutions.
• Lead change management through communications, training, and adoption tracking.
• Build executive-level PowerPoint presentations covering status, risks, and recommendations.
• Run program cadences in Confluence and Jira, align Finance, Product, and Engineering partners, and escalate blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors, plus knowledge of AI best practices.
• Experience with change management or adoption initiatives.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills, with practical experience using Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to interpret data in Excel and SQL, work with finance partners, manage multiple priorities, and operate comfortably with ambiguity.

• MBA, relevant master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
