Inside Sales Representative (Electronics)

What you will do

• Generate and manage sales opportunities with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, portals, and other communication channels.
• Sell electronic products, services, and solutions while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Maintain and expand assigned customer accounts through responsive service and detailed account knowledge.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, quotes, and solution recommendations.
• Coordinate customer requirements related to inventory, delivery lead times, unit prices, and order fulfillment.
• Work with product, materials, field sales, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate sales strategies and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of business, financials, products, services, the technology industry, and sales environments.
• Ability to follow established sales processes for standard products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work independently on assigned accounts or opportunities.
