Sales Associate (Fintech)

Location: hirify.global Hong Kong office, Wan Chai - Hopewell Centre; hybrid role with regular on-site client support and travel across assigned markets

What you will do

• Manage and develop existing business across Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore.
• Support new business, upsell, referrals, renewals, and expansion opportunities with regional sales leadership.
• Build relationships with banks, futures commission merchants, corporations, proprietary trading firms, decision-makers, operations teams, and power users.
• Deliver platform presentations and provide software, market data, order execution, billing, and contract support.
• Own customer onboarding, tutorials, account modifications, issue resolution, system sales, upgrades, and customer communications.
• Provide regular account servicing and on-site support while identifying opportunities to grow client footprints.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and relationship management within financial technology or the financial markets industry.
• Experience with futures and commodities; exposure to FCMs, trading software vendors, or futures and physical trading is preferred.
• Proficient English and Chinese are required for communication with colleagues, international partners, and regional clients.
• Established networks and relationships in the commodity and futures markets across Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work independently when required.
