Engineering Product Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $110K–$160K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own product requirements for robot data collection systems.
• Prototype and validate product concepts such as grippers, sensor modules, and end effectors.
• Evaluate cameras, motors, IMUs, and tactile sensors against system requirements.
• Drive hardware and software development across sensing, calibration, synchronization, and system integration.
• Track technical issues, validation, schedules, and delivery.
• Coordinate technical discussions with Research, Data, engineering partners, and manufacturing partners, including on-site support at partner factories when needed.

Requirements

• BS or MS in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
• Hands-on prototyping experience with CAD, 3D printing, PCB bring-up, embedded programming, or lab instruments.
• Strong technical learning ability and comfort working across hardware and software.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.
• Comfort participating in occasional evening meetings with global partners and occasional domestic travel.
• Recent and upcoming 2025/2026 graduates are welcome.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics competitions, research labs, or hardware internships.
