Product Manager (Robotics)

Salary: $175,000–$260,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for digital interfaces used to operate, manage, and support Rhoda robots.
• Research customer, operations, and field workflows and translate them into product decisions.
• Partner with UX/UI design and engineering to turn concepts into shippable products.
• Launch internal fleet management tools, teleoperation interfaces, and customer-facing robot HMIs.
• Coordinate with robot software, controls, safety, and cloud teams to align interfaces with system state and capabilities.
• Define scalable workflows, permissions, localization, success metrics, and requirements for reducing operator friction and support load.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience and 8+ years of total experience.
• Track record of shipping complex, user-facing digital interfaces into production.
• Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, functional specifications, state and error-handling logic, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience taking interfaces from design through development and launch with product managers, designers, and fullstack engineers.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, state machines, latency, and backend architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or autonomous vehicles.
• Background in HMI, teleoperation, or fleet and asset management software.
• Experience with safety-critical interactions or functional safety constraints.
• Experience with tablet, native mobile, web dashboard, or multi-tenant B2B products.
• Experience as an early product manager in a fast-moving startup environment.
