Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Own a product domain from discovery and requirements through launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
• Translate ambiguous problems into product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
• Work across frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML components.
• Partner with engineering to break down work, remove blockers, and ship high-quality features quickly.
• Use data, user research, and product intuition to prioritize opportunities and rally cross-functional stakeholders around a clear vision.
• Drive experimentation, fast learning, and continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, data pipelines, model behavior, and UX tradeoffs.
• Experience owning a product domain and launching complex products at high velocity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend, backend, AI, and engineering teams.
• Exceptional execution, prioritization, alignment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resource-constrained Series A startup environment.

Nice to have

• Startup or zero-to-one product experience.
• Experience with AI/ML products, including LLMs, copilots, or workflow automation.
