What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous product problems into clear strategies, roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
• Work across the stack including frontend UX, backend systems, and AI/ML model components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to break down tasks, unblock workflows, and ensure rapid delivery.
• Utilize data, user research, and product intuition to prioritize initiatives and drive decisions.
• Rally cross-functional stakeholders around a unified vision to maintain clear and crisp execution.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or zero-to-one environment.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss architecture, data pipelines, model behavior, and UX tradeoffs.
• Proven track record of owning product domains and launching complex products at high velocity.
• Ability to work effectively across frontend, backend, and AI teams.
• Exceptional execution and project management skills.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco for this on-site role.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML products such as LLMs, copilots, or workflow automation.
• Experience in a Series A startup environment.
