Contract Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain evergreen candidate pipelines for data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development roles.
• Forecast hiring needs with sales, delivery, engineering leadership, and Field CTOs based on customer deployments and revenue pipeline.
• Develop outbound sourcing campaigns and engage highly qualified technical candidates.
• Establish candidate readiness protocols and maintain vetted candidates who can start at short notice.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes and deliver efficient, high-quality candidate experiences.
• Define technical role requirements and assessment frameworks while optimizing sourcing channels and pipeline conversion.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience across data, machine learning, and software development.
• Experience building evergreen or just-in-time pipelines in high-growth, high-demand environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, product, and engineering organizations.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse, sourcing tools, and data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
