Commercial Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; four days in office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday.

Salary: $80,000–$90,500 per year

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support initiatives across marketing, pricing, product curation, and competitive analysis.
• Use data to optimize supplier product offerings and refine product selection.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Develop actionable solutions to ambiguous challenges affecting profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Use Excel, SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools to generate insights and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of transferable corporate experience, including internships and co-op experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL or GBQ and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
