Clinical Analyst Senior - ECQM

Location: Fully remote from AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY. Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. No relocation and no visa sponsorship or transfer.

Salary: $35.50-$53.25 per hour

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent healthcare analytics projects independently or with limited supervision.
• Clarify client needs, project scope, technical issues, deliverables, and analytical approaches.
• Define populations, integrate data from multiple sources, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Apply statistical techniques and process analysis tools to evaluate data and support management decisions.
• Validate complex custom datasets, develop business intelligence reports, and present results.
• Advise clients on clinical and financial operational concepts, data limitations, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or Registered Nurse.
• At least 2 years of experience in a health-related field.
• Knowledge of registries, databases, data management, and data integrity analysis.
• Strong verbal, written, electronic communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with computer software tools and Windows.
• Must work remotely from one of the listed U.S. states; no relocation or visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Healthcare data experience in a healthcare organization.
• Two years of experience with ECQM and quality metrics.
