Human Resources Generalist

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, learning, hiring, and benefits administration.
• Manage employee relations activities and contribute to talent management.
• Support organizational development and employer-of-choice initiatives.
• Build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced professional team environment.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
