Sr. Recruiter, High Volume Manufacturing (Starlink)

Location: Bastrop, TX (Austin area); full-time onsite work required. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for mission-critical manufacturing positions, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Review applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and advise hiring clients.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through targeted sourcing strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through clear, consistent communication.
• Use creative outreach methods, networking events, industry research, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions while working collaboratively and independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and closing candidates.
• Ability to evaluate recruiting data, distinguish exceptional talent, and communicate assessments accurately.
• Ability to work with hiring managers, including director- and VP-level technical leaders, and manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
• Must be available for extended hours and weekends as needed and work onsite full-time in Bastrop, Texas.
• ITAR eligibility is required: U.S. citizenship or nationality, U.S. lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. authorizations.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• In-house recruiting experience and experience hiring skilled trades such as technicians, electricians, or facilities staff.
• Experience with non-standard recruiting methods, including cold outreach, networking events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
