About the Role
You will coordinate onsite and virtual candidate interviews, schedule interviews, and handle candidate logistics. You will host onsite candidates, work with hiring managers and interviewers, maintain accurate Greenhouse records, support process-improvement initiatives, and recommend more efficient recruiting solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Availability to occasionally work overtime as operational needs require
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle candidate logistics
- Host onsite candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Partner with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Participate in process-improvement initiatives and special projects
- Update candidate records in Greenhouse to ensure data integrity
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and process improvements
