Talent Acquisition Partner I - Contract (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Sparks, Nevada, United States; office or hybrid environment

What you will do

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system and use data to improve hiring processes.
• Promote an inclusive work environment and provide timely communication throughout the candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and support a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or at least four years of related experience in place of the degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain candidate confidentiality, and work collaboratively across functions.
• Must meet U.S. government authorization requirements: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace and defense or manufacturing.
• HR or talent acquisition certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Beamery CRM, technical recruiting, salary negotiation, or candidate closing.
• Consultative and solution-oriented recruitment experience in a service-focused organization.
