Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing and skilled operations roles.
• Partner with operations and HR leaders to develop staffing strategies and meet production objectives.
• Build talent pipelines for manufacturing, skilled trades, maintenance, technician, and other critical operational positions.
• Use recruiting metrics, labor market insights, dashboards, and KPIs to improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, recruiting systems, compliance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including high-volume recruiting in manufacturing, operations, distribution, or similar environments.
• Experience managing large-scale hourly recruiting initiatives and meeting staffing objectives.
• Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, process improvement, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar applicant tracking system.

• Experience supporting manufacturing expansions, startup operations, or large workforce ramp-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
