Location: Starbase, Texas, United States; onsite role with extended hours, summer work, and holidays or weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Support high levels of academic achievement and growth for each student.
• Build a studio culture based on hard work, high standards, warmth, and joy.
• Write lesson plans and rigorous, engaging projects for mixed-aged learners.
• Use formative data to provide structured academic interventions.
• Communicate with parents about students’ social-emotional learning and academic progress.
• Create enriching experiences such as guest-speaker sessions and field trips, while contributing to cross-studio programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing mixed-aged groups of children.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.
• Ability to work extended hours, through the summer, and on holidays or weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.

Nice to have

• Prior teaching experience.
• Experience with Montessori or project-based learning.
• Agility with online learning and strong interpersonal communication skills.
