Success Coach (EdTech)

Location: hirify.global Austin; hybrid schedule with in-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new H-1B sponsorship.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary plus equity; compensation may be localized based on work location.

hirify.global is an accredited two-year college combining live online classes, a technology platform, dedicated advising, tutoring, and coaching to prepare students for careers or transfer to four-year universities.

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with students through coaching sessions, check-ins, and ongoing outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach by phone, text, chat, and video to maintain engagement and accountability.
• Coach students through academic, personal, and motivational challenges while helping them define actionable next steps.
• Manage and triage a caseload of 50–75 students based on risk, engagement, and term timing.
• Track student progress, complete forms, and maintain clear, consistent documentation.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding teams and adapt to changing tools, processes, and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and caseload management skills, including proactive prioritization, follow-up, and documentation.
• Ability to build goal-oriented relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and persistent follow-up with non-responsive students.
• Ability to manage up to 75 students while maintaining regular outreach and coaching sessions.
• In-office attendance Tuesday–Thursday is required; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without new H-1B sponsorship.

• Background in education, psychology, nonprofit work, coaching, or advising.
