Data Center Capacity Delivery (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid office attendance is required at least 25% of the time, and the role requires presence at project sites 60% or more.

What you will do

• Lead delivery partners, general contractors, and trades across data center construction and infrastructure deployment projects.
• Validate transaction and deal readiness from Letter of Intent through lease execution, including predevelopment, planning, technical, and business requirements.
• Coordinate landlords, developers, internal stakeholders, networking teams, and deployment teams throughout facility delivery.
• Represent infrastructure requirements in technical and operational decisions while maintaining delivery speed, safety, and quality.
• Drive handoffs to operational readiness, enabling rapid workload turn-ups and minimizing time to production.
• Track progress, report to executives, mitigate risks, and develop standardized delivery processes and playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior site leadership experience in data center delivery, construction projects, or large-scale infrastructure deployment.
• End-to-end understanding of data center development, including entitlements, permitting, planning, supply chain, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Ability to make delivery decisions independently, operate with ambiguity, and own project outcomes.
• Comfort working directly on construction sites with trades and with executives at development and contractor partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Ability to work under the location-based hybrid policy and attend project sites as required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure requirements, including high-density power and advanced cooling systems.
• Leadership experience as a General Superintendent or Project Manager within a general contractor or EPC on hyperscale data center projects.
• Experience with lease negotiations, construction contracts, or real estate development processes.
• Experience creating high-performing cultures across diverse job sites and driving accelerated facility delivery.
