Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; ability to work onsite at headquarters required. Up to 30% travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, complex public sector projects and manage changes to scope, schedules, and costs.
• Build executive-level client relationships and manage governance across interconnected projects.
• Direct project portfolio financial performance through forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Establish governance frameworks and risk management strategies for high-visibility initiatives.
• Develop executive communications, resolve strategic issues, and identify business opportunities through project outcomes.
• Champion AI and automation solutions to transform operations and support strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• At least 7 years of project management experience, including enterprise-level software implementations.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong decision-making, stakeholder influence, executive presence, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
