Application Support Engineer (Azure/OT)

What you will do

• Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage the lifecycle of PCN/OT application systems.
• Support on-premise and Azure applications across OT and business network environments.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Windows servers.
• Provide design, testing, and implementation support for application platform deployments, lifecycle initiatives, and customer-facing projects.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset inventories, software licenses, and operating system and software patching.
• Support cybersecurity standards, information management, risk compliance, and resolution of application and infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Experience supporting server-based on-premise and Azure applications in OT and business network environments.
• Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows servers.
• Experience with application platform deployment, lifecycle, or customer-facing projects, including design, testing, and implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to document systems infrastructure and quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
• Must work onsite in Pasadena, Texas.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OT security concepts, including the Purdue model, air-gapped networks, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and SaaS, PowerShell automation, VMware ESXi, vCenter, or VxRail.
• Experience supporting Linux servers, including RHEL and CentOS.
• Experience with cybersecurity, information management, and risk compliance tools such as Tenable Nessus or Tanium.
• Microsoft certifications, an associate degree or higher, and familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Microsoft ADO.
