Enterprise Systems Management Engineer (Microsoft/Remedy)

What you will do

• Plan, design, engineer, integrate, sustain, and provide lifecycle support for Enterprise Systems Management Services capabilities supporting NETCOM operations.
• Administer enterprise monitoring, reporting, service management, automation, configuration management, Remedy AR System, and associated management platforms.
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot distributed Army enterprise environments, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize operational platforms.
• Develop configuration baselines, dashboards, automation workflows, reports, operational metrics, engineering diagrams, SOPs, CONOPS, RMF artifacts, and technical design packages.
• Support Army-wide ITSM and Remedy environments, including onboarding, migrations, service transitions, integrations, and sustainment.
• Collaborate with Army stakeholders, government personnel, contractors, engineers, and cybersecurity professionals while providing technical leadership and modernization recommendations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• At least five years of experience in enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, systems administration, or enterprise service management.
• IAT Level III certification, such as CASP+/SecurityX, CISSP, CCNP Security, CISA, or an equivalent certification under DoD 8570/8140.
• Experience with Microsoft enterprise environments, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server, and System Center technologies.
• Experience with Windows and Linux, VMware vSphere/ESXi, enterprise monitoring and automation tools, RMF, Zero Trust, secure systems administration, and large-scale Army, DoD, or Federal environments.

Nice to have

• Eight or more years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations.
• ITIL Foundation, BMC Helix Developer, Remedy ITSM Administrator, or Microsoft Computing Environment certification.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Remedy ITSM, CMDB, NETCOM, Army Enterprise environments, DoD modernization, or mission-critical Federal systems.
• Experience developing automation and orchestration solutions with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid-cloud, enterprise monitoring, NetOps, migrations, and platform optimization.
