Product Commercialization Manager (Beauty & Wellness)

Annual base salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD

What you will do

• Own timelines and delivery for the topicals innovation program and additional product development projects.
• Build project plans, critical paths, milestone schedules, and stage-gate reviews from concept through commercialization.
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, decisions, resources, capacity, budgets, and launch readiness.
• Provide clear status updates, readouts, dashboards, and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate Product Development, Marketing, R&D, Creative, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, and external manufacturing partners.
• Use project management platforms, AI-enabled tools, automation, templates, RACI models, and stage-gate playbooks to improve execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in cross-functional product development within CPG, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods.
• Experience supporting or delivering multi-workstream product launches on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Airtable, Jira, or MS Project.
• Understanding of project planning, resource coordination, risk tracking, and budget tracking, with strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment and keep projects moving through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FDA, FTC, and regulatory considerations for supplements, wellness, beauty, or healthcare products.
• CAPM, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Experience with AI, automation, and productivity technologies for workflow and reporting improvements.
