Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: $130,800–$174,400 per year

hirify.global’s Williams Controls business manufactures electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic throttle controls, configurable joysticks, adjustable pedal systems, sensors, hand controls, and armrest systems for commercial vehicles.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external customer project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain product development plans, project outlines, milestones, phase-gate reviews, and design reviews.
• Facilitate project meetings covering schedules, status, issues, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Track deliverables and drive conflict resolution to support successful project launches.
• Prepare status reports for senior executives and management, including schedule, revenue, and program impacts.
• Coordinate daily with design engineering, materials, production, logistics, quality assurance, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in a senior project management role.
• Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive project management skills and the ability to lead teams toward project objectives.
• Ability to work with cross-functional product development teams and facilitate corrective actions.
