Senior Engineering Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex global product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Manage project planning, budgets, capital, resources, schedules, configuration control, change management, and product releases.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• Track component-level deliverables, engineering changes, validation, certification, supplier activities, and launch readiness.
• Identify risks and critical-path issues, remove barriers, escalate problems, and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain visibility into program health while driving detailed execution across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, product development, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional product development teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand engineering designs, product architecture, manufacturing processes, and component development.
• Experience managing projects through concept development, validation, launch, and commercialization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and critical-path management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Agile, Scrum, or other project/program management certification.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites, global teams, and external partners.
