Director, Content Creation (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with on-site attendance required 1–2 days per week on core days

What you will do

• Lead Senior Managers and Senior Learning Consultants within Learning & Development.
• Set the strategic direction for enterprise learning design and modernize learning development practices.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of learning solutions and library content.
• Integrate AI, data, and automation into content strategy, design, development, and learner experience workflows.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, governance, and subject-matter experts to redesign processes and establish responsible guardrails.
• Identify, pilot, evaluate, and scale innovative approaches while managing capacity, forecasting, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building, communication, influencing, negotiation, project management, and people leadership skills.
• Experience leading transformation, change management, process design, advisory work, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI, data, and automation, including responsible experimentation, privacy, risk, accessibility, and quality considerations.
• Proven experience applying ADDIE and the Successive Approximation Model to digital learning and iterative instructional design.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and financial acumen for evaluating impact, costs, benefits, and innovation priorities.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
