Senior Learning and Development Advisor

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid workplace

Independent video game studio creating original games and providing development services for PC, console, mobile, and location-based entertainment.

What you will do

• Contribute to the internal learning roadmap, track success indicators, and support impact reporting.
• Lead training needs analyses, facilitate workshops, advise internal clients, and deploy learning solutions.
• Manage cross-team learning initiatives, including scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery.
• Design and facilitate project workshops, round tables, and communities of practice.
• Build and coach a network of internal subject-matter experts and establish quality standards.
• Manage the LMS and produce learning content through e-learning, video editing, remote workshops, and live sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communication studies, organizational development, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience with an LMS and strong instructional design skills across in-person and online formats.
• Strong written and spoken French and English communication skills required.
• Ability to build lasting collaborations with stakeholders and internal experts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Storyline, Articulate Rise, and DaVinci Resolve.
