Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Canada; Toronto, Ontario

Salary: CAD 130,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify unmet healthcare market opportunities and design product capabilities to address them.
• Define product strategy and positioning with the Director of Product Management.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, leadership, and other stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers to prioritize capabilities and translate business needs into development backlogs.
• Conduct competitive research, market analysis, customer conversations, webinars, and industry presentations.
• Develop product communications, sales strategies, training materials, demos, and roadmap presentations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Deep healthcare industry knowledge and experience delivering complex software products or platforms in healthcare environments.
• Experience identifying market gaps and working across sales, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
• Consultative experience with executive-level clients, prospects, and partners.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, initiative, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare interoperability knowledge, including FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA, LOINC, SNOMED, and ICD-10.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern technologies such as Java, Kubernetes, Postgres, and Kafka.
• Experience working with engineering and architecture teams in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and software release cycles.
