Sr. Product Manager - CR Essentials (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, especially for revenue cycle management and practice management.
• Own key roadmap initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex clinical, operational, scheduling, authorization, billing, and reporting workflows into scalable product solutions.
• Balance the needs of care practices with a lightweight, user-friendly product experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Define success metrics and leverage AI tools and internal AI expertise to improve product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in claims management, healthcare, or workflow-intensive B2B software.
• Strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows.
• Experience supporting or designing products for healthcare and billing professionals.
• Experience using AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and drive outcomes through strong product judgment and execution.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in revenue cycle management or claims management.
