Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience; equity offered

What you will do

• Manufacture custom parts for quantum computers from engineering drawings, rough sketches, and requirements discussed with scientists and engineers.
• Determine manufacturing approaches for a wide variety of one-off precision parts.
• Program and operate in-house machining equipment and oversee parts through completion.
• Take responsibility for the in-house machining equipment.
• Coordinate with external machine shops when additional capacity or capabilities are needed.
• Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and technicians.
