Salary: $25–$30 USD per hour

What you will do
- Operate and set up CNC machines according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Load and unload parts, monitor machine operation, and inspect finished components.
- Make basic machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed.
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records while following safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
- Collaborate with machinists, programmers, quality specialists, and production personnel.
Requirements
- Hands-on CNC Operator experience and FANUC control experience.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Experience using basic precision measuring tools.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work either day or night shift.
Nice to have
- Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis equipment.
- Experience making tool offsets or minor program adjustments.
- Aerospace, defense, nuclear, or precision manufacturing experience.
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, or nickel alloys.
- Familiarity with GD&T and first-piece inspection requirements.
