Area Supervisor (Facilities Management)

Location: Ridgefield, NJ, United States; travel to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be required.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites and implement approved production schedules.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and support company profitability.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify operational issues, and implement solutions, policies, and procedures.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain attendance, leave, uniform distribution, disciplinary, and performance records.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and industry knowledge.
• Experience managing operatives and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance techniques.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds is required.
