Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with 3 days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Denver. The role includes approximately 5% travel to meet retail partners.

Base compensation: $128,000–$153,000 per year, plus equity and a variable compensation component.

What you will do

• Understand retail partners’ promotion programs, shopper behavior, and product needs.
• Turn ambiguous problems into business cases, measurable goals, and initial product versions.
• Use AI tools such as Claude for market research, conversation analysis, data analysis, and product writing.
• Build and test working prototypes with partners, Sales, and Engineering before requirements are finalized.
• Own partner-facing tools, dashboards, APIs, and integrations across frontend and backend experiences.
• Set OKRs, lead a cross-functional squad through launch, and measure product value with Partnerships, Sales, and Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including taking products from ambiguous problem spaces through launch.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable.
• B2B product experience with direct business customers, partner discovery, roadmap presentations, and scope discussions.
• Technical depth with APIs, data integrations, and system design.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
