Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; on-site

Annual base salary: $180,000–$215,000

Builds open-source frameworks and a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating reliable AI agents at scale.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a core area of an AI observability, evaluation, and deployment platform.
• Work directly with customers, from early-stage startups to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems, to identify platform gaps and new workflows.
• Define product features and scope with engineering teams while making technical trade-offs.
• Ship and iterate on high-impact features for prompt-chain versioning, agent debugging, evaluations, and production reliability.
• Shape product strategy with founders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally with developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and production debugging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
