What you will do

• Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and define new product features.
• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, make tradeoffs, and ship impactful features quickly.
• Shape product strategy alongside founders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
• Deep technical knowledge including API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
• Bias toward action with a focus on shipping, learning, and iterating.

Nice to have

• Computer Science or Engineering background.
• Experience at high-growth startups or developer-focused companies.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
