Senior Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with DevTools engineers and technical stakeholders to capture, clarify, and maintain requirements for CI/CD Recovery, Repository Governance, and Curation initiatives.
• Translate technical discussions into requirements, process documentation, workflows, decisions, and actionable deliverables.
• Document recovery procedures, governance standards, operational processes, technical dependencies, ownership, and open-source governance controls.
• Track scope, milestones, risks, timelines, and cross-initiative dependencies while identifying delivery gaps and blockers.
• Support discovery and readiness activities for a potential GitHub and GitHub Actions migration.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve daily work, share best practices, and support AI adoption.

Requirements

• Consultative problem-solving approach with the ability to align digital solutions with client business goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment, learn, and promote AI adoption.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
• Ability to oversee projects and deliverables, lead and mentor colleagues, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; C2C is not available.

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
