Business Automation Analyst - AI Governance (AI)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid work with two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead recurring Microsoft 365 Copilot training, including deep-dive and new-user workshops and Copilot Connect office hours.
• Design and deliver customized business-unit workshops from intake and needs assessment through follow-up resources.
• Drive enterprise Copilot adoption programs with IT and the Microsoft 365 team for more than 7,500 license holders.
• Help business users design and build simple agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio while following governance, permissions, and data-handling guidelines.
• Maintain Copilot resources, answer user questions, track adoption metrics, and report usage trends.
• Standardize intake and request processes and streamline or automate manual work as demand grows.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience solving difficult problems in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of automation assessment, lifecycle methodologies, documentation practices, and productivity tools.
• Experience with low-code technology and developing automation solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, research, data-analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• One year of experience working on automation or technology initiatives as a business analyst or in a related role.
• Experience delivering business value in partnership with business and IT teams.
• Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of hirify.global or another automotive finance company’s business functions, policies, and procedures.
