Analytics Product Lead (Healthcare Analytics)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics products, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and Value-Based Care leadership to gather, document, prioritize, and translate business requirements.
• Design, build, maintain, and quality-assure dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for quality, risk, utilization, and medical economics initiatives.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues across reporting layers, data models, and source systems.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on complex enhancements, data architecture requirements, and escalated technical issues.
• Monitor product performance and adoption, manage governance and access, protect PHI, and mentor junior analytics team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, healthcare administration, information systems, computer science, public health, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data product management, or a related analytics role with direct stakeholder ownership.
• Advanced BI development skills using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX or calculated measures, SQL querying, dashboard design, analytics troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and project management.
• Knowledge of value-based care, risk adjustment, CMS-HCC, RAF scoring, HEDIS, Star Ratings, NCQA measures, PMPM, and utilization trends.
• Remote work is listed for the United States. Compliance with HIPAA, patient privacy, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare, clinical operations, payer organizations, accountable care organizations, or value-based care environments.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Tableau certification.
• Healthcare analytics or related certification.
