Senior Manager, BI Modeling and Dashboard Design

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work from the assigned hirify.global office 2–3 days per week or as needed by the business

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards for recurring commercial performance reporting.
• Own end-to-end dashboard development, including data modeling, calculated logic, visualization design, and executive-ready reporting.
• Develop SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and refresh monitoring across Snowflake, enterprise systems, flat files, and APIs.
• Define BI architecture, visualization, access, versioning, documentation, and quality standards.
• Serve as the technical and architectural point of contact for BI and dashboarding within Performance Analytics and Insights.
• Mentor analysts, collaborate with business stakeholders, and manage competing delivery priorities while maintaining governance and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, engineering, statistics, business, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI, including end-to-end dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL, multiple data sources, validation checks, reconciliation logic, refresh monitoring, and metric documentation.
• Experience with Python-based frameworks such as Streamlit or component-based front-end technologies such as React.
• Professional written and verbal English is required for direct engagement with U.S. business stakeholders and senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Advanced Tableau or Power BI capabilities, including DAX or equivalent logic, performance optimization, and scalable BI architecture.
• Experience deploying Streamlit applications or React dashboards integrated with Snowflake or cloud APIs.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL tooling, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and large-scale datasets.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial analytics, or global and U.S. commercial organization experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field.
