Developer II - Business Intelligence Premier (Business Intelligence)

Location: Virtual Arizona; must reside in Arizona. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain moderate to complex data models, extracts, subject area marts, stored procedures, and self-service reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards for organizational needs.
• Collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders, analysts, technical teams, and leadership on BI solution design, implementation, validation, and governance.
• Maintain electronic medical record BI data models, functions, and reports, including support for software upgrades.
• Document technical and business specifications and perform testing, data validation, and analysis for clinical, financial, and operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related work experience.
• At least two years of SQL query development.
• At least two years of data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar software.
• At least four years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis.
• Must reside in Arizona.
• Must complete Epic Clarity Data Model training and obtain initial certification within three attempts.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related discipline.
• One year of Crystal Reports development experience.
• One year of experience working with healthcare data.
