Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Canada; remote

Annual salary: CAD 92,000–138,000; most new hires join at CAD 109,300.

What you will do

• Shape interactions and polished details across hirify.global’s Communications experience, including text messaging, secure messaging, and staff notifications.
• Own smaller design projects end to end, from understanding the problem to shipping improvements.
• Use and champion hirify.global’s design system to create consistent messaging experiences.
• Partner closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
• Participate in customer research and turn clinic feedback into prototypes and solutions.
• Build relationships with designers and go-to-market partners while supporting pragmatic, responsible AI adoption in design.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial product design experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing features.
• Understanding of product development and collaboration between design, product management, and development.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft, including attention to states, transitions, and microinteractions.
• Comfort working with Claude Code, Figma, and design systems.
• Bias toward action, curiosity, openness to feedback, and confidence asking questions and contributing ideas.
• Must be based in Canada.
