Director, Commerce & Channel Operations

Location: USA - Philadelphia, PA. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

Salary: $151,700.00–$270,950.00 USD, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead commerce and distribution strategy, governance, and operational execution across direct, institutional, retail, reseller, marketplace, and digital channels.
• Manage product information governance, metadata, catalog quality, product feeds, discoverability, Amazon content strategy, and AI search readiness.
• Develop channel growth, pricing, discounting, distribution, marketplace expansion, and profitability strategies.
• Manage partner agreements, commercial terms, credit exposure, collections, inventory, returns, demand planning, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Own ecommerce performance, forecasting, conversion optimization, merchandising, customer journeys, SEO/AEO, platform roadmaps, integrations, and vendor governance.
• Lead channel analytics, executive dashboards, long-range planning, anti-piracy programs, and a cross-functional channel operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in channel management, ecommerce, distribution, marketplace operations, commercial operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of channel strategy, marketplace management, digital commerce, partner ecosystems, commercial terms, and accounts receivable risk.
• Experience leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating with partners, and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with Amazon, ecommerce platforms, reseller or retail channels, and digital distribution models is preferred.
• Ability to participate in onsite interviews at a hirify.global office may be required.
