Strategic Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States. The in-office team also operates from offices in London and Bangalore.

Compensation: OTE $220K–$270K plus equity.

What you will do

• Build the operating model for the Systems Integrator program, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methods, scope boundaries, escalation paths, and quality standards.
• Lead technical enablement for partner configuration, integrations, testing, and production rollouts.
• Act as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners and convert recurring implementation issues into playbooks, training, and product feedback.
• Establish delivery quality systems with implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, customer feedback loops, and performance reporting.
• Expand the program across new products, ecosystems, and geographies while influencing Product and Product Marketing.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience scaling implementation, services, or partner-delivery programs in a SaaS or technology environment or at a systems integrator.
• Strong communication, relationship management, commercial judgment, and operational program design skills.
• Technical fluency in integrations, configuration, data migration, and implementation design.
• Experience designing certification, delivery quality assurance, escalation governance, QBRs, and playbooks.
• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must work on-site and meet United States employment eligibility requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling white-label, staff-augmentation, or outcome-based services models.
• Experience expanding an SI or channel program across North America and international markets.
