Partnership Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic partners, including consultancies, system integrators, and technology platforms.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, revenue, and market expansion.
• Enable partners with positioning, messaging, training, and sales materials.
• Build executive relationships and serve as the primary contact for key alliances.
• Track partnership performance, define KPIs, and optimize alliances for long-term success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within SaaS.
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-driven growth models.
• Commercial mindset and confidence negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Clear communication with operational teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
