Data Access Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - Nicaragua

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams before and during marketing audits.
• Manage prospective client onboarding environments and resolve access challenges.
• Maintain and update Access & Integration documentation and materials as platform processes change.
• Use AI technologies and the hirify.global nova ecosystem to improve access and integration workflows.

Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English is required.
• Experience guiding clients or customers through onboarding and delivering training sessions.
• Experience resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software-related context.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with access protocols for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing and financial KPIs.
