Client Success Manager

Location: Ontario, Canada; remote

Salary: $70,900–$119,100 per year; commission eligible

What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for customer value and impact conversations.
• Coordinate delivery, onboarding, implementation, product, training, data advisory, technical, and customer service resources.
• Document customer use cases, KPIs, user adoption, product utilization, and process flows.
• Coordinate customer training and support a portfolio of customers across multiple Account Executives.
• Ensure contracted products and services meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide backup support for contract management, forecasting, negotiations, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.
• Experience using SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, OA/QTC, Sales Spot, and usage reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise products associated with business unit solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document process reviews or process maps and 1–2 years of project management experience.
