Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas metro area or Tacoma, Washington

Base salary: $106,900–$159,280 annually, plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

• Own and improve global bookings, renewals, install-base, ARR, ACV/TCV, forecasts, actuals, and variance reporting.
• Rebuild reporting and data foundations with Sales Finance, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Renewals, IT, and consulting partners.
• Connect quote-line, renewal, and customer-level data into practical business views and scalable reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into data definitions, reporting logic, dashboards, and recurring executive-ready insights.
• Support long-range planning and broader FP&A through historical trends, pipeline data, and business drivers.
• Use generative AI to pressure-test assumptions, document processes, accelerate analysis, and identify improvements while applying human review.

Requirements

• 6–11 years of experience in finance, FP&A, Sales Finance, or business analytics in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience with software bookings, recurring revenue, ARR, ACV/TCV, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis, and performance drivers.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience is required, along with strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience building or rebuilding reporting processes, data models, or dashboards in changing environments.
• Strong communication and executive-presence skills, with the ability to explain technical data to business leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Databricks experience.
• Tableau, SQL, or comparable business-intelligence and data-platform experience.
• Practical fluency with generative AI and experience collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones.
