Senior Product Manager (AI Agents)

Location: Remote; preferably near an office in New York City or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world

Salary: $220,000–$280,000 annually for U.S. candidates; ranges may vary outside the U.S.

What you will do

• Own agent product development end to end, from customer and technical discovery through product shaping, viability, quality, and feedback loops.
• Develop a deep understanding of creative and marketing workflows through customer engagement and analysis of agent performance.
• Lead user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, and prompt experimentation to shape new product offerings.
• Build evaluation infrastructure, monitor regressions, and improve agent quality with every release.
• Scope and ship product improvements hands-on, including contributing pull requests.
• Enable sales, support, and marketing teams to communicate new agent capabilities effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Direct ownership of an AI- or LLM-powered product in product management or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agent products, including tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and failure analysis.
• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Track record of improving revenue and adoption metrics, not only shipping features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make clear arguments and explain product plans.
