Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule; in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $202,000–$230,000 per year, plus potential equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for AI Studio from concept through delivery.
• Define reporting, forecasting, ROI, and usage metrics for a consumption-based AI product.
• Scale AI Studio to support millions of workflows with enterprise-grade quality, performance, and dependability.
• Ship automation capabilities for workflows ranging from individual teams to organizations with thousands of users.
• Shape AI governance, administrative controls, and change management capabilities for safe enterprise adoption.
• Partner with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform products.
• Strong understanding of workflow builders, rules engines, orchestration, triggers, actions, and integrations.
• Experience partnering with large enterprise customers managing workflows for thousands of users.
• Proven ownership of business outcomes, including revenue or consumption metrics, reporting, and ROI analysis.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool use, and AI evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence customers, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumption-based billing products, AI evaluation systems, or enterprise AI deployments.
