Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the technical aspects of new business opportunities from discovery through deal close.
• Lead discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-value activities.
• Design scalable, secure solutions aligned with customer environments, risks, and business objectives.
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and deal execution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to support implementation and adoption.
• Communicate technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and manage objections in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong foundation in networking, cloud, AI, and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to design solutions, run demonstrations or evaluations, and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments and security ecosystems such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR.
• Strong consultative selling, business acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Understanding of AI technologies including LLM, ML, and NLP; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
