Warehouse Supervisor (Distribution) - 3rd Shift

Location: Onsite in Byhalia, Mississippi, United States, at 442 E. Stonewall Rd.; 3rd shift

What you will do

• Plan workload, staffing assignments, and service priorities, adjusting resources as operational conditions change.
• Supervise warehouse associates across receiving, order fulfillment, or shipping activities.
• Use Blue Yonder or another WMS to track orders, inventory, labor, records, and shift reports.
• Train and coach Team Leaders and conduct performance appraisals and ongoing development for hourly associates.
• Lead shift handoffs, safe work practices, required training, and incident reporting with the site HSE leader.
• Participate in facility-wide improvement projects and maintain quality, productivity, service, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of distribution or manufacturing supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder or another warehouse management system.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, well-organized approach to work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
